Diffuse in Style

When I’m congested, Peppermint Oil clears me up. When I need a pick me up, Eucalyptus oil clears my mind. When I’m anxious, Lavender oil soothes. The chemical composition and aroma of essential oils can provide valuable psychological and physical therapeutic benefits. These benefits are usually achieved through methods including inhalation and application of the diluted oil to the skin. Through the olfactory system, a smell will activate an area of your brain that controls your emotions and mood. Different essential oils are used for different purposes, based on the benefit you are trying to achieve.
